Pinteresting Tuesday is back.

Forgive me for being such a bum?

What was Pinteresting for you this week?

One:

I am absolutely loving this vintage outfit for a little girl. I think we must do something like this for our flower girl in our wedding!!

Two:

This is the easiest DIY project ever. Step one, buy an old, cheap painting from the dollar store. Step two, place letter stickers on the picture. Step three, spray paint the picture white (or which ever color you please)  and viola, peel off the stickers and you have a picture!

Three:

I love this outfit choice for traveling from Victoria's Secret! I need some leggings like this.

Four:

This is amazing. I can't tell you how many times we played that game when we were kids and finally said "Okay, skip Q." My roommate and I are planning on going to Penn State to watch our suite mates play in the NCAA Volleyball tournament (they just won the Big South championship!) Hopefully there will be one of these signs on the way ;]

Five:

Could you picture doing this. Better yet, could you picture being the person who opens the door?! I would pay someone big bucks to do this. Any takers?

Time to get back to studying for the three tests I have this week. Dang Anatomy is kicking my butt!
Happy Pinning.

adios,

Pinteresting Tuesday.

Holy cow, it's already Tuesday again?

It's funny how the weeks seem to fly by... only not while I'm in class!

What Pinterested me this week?

One:

Something I am kind of in love with (and always have been) is claw foot bath tubs. I love them. If you haven't caught on by now I am the ultimate vintage anything junkie. I love old school bath tubs. I don't think I would want it to be this turquoise color (only because I will most likely have too much of this color in my home as is). Maybe peach or just white with gold? Or better yet peach and white and gold. Yes, that's it.

Two:

Like I have previously mentioned, I love turquoise. I know I of all people am not one to be wanting another ring (considering mine is PERFECT) but I do love these aqua diamonds! I am really loving the vintage feel of these. I feel like it is a good way to go for a different take on a timeless colored ring.

Three:

Um am I the only one who loves these? How easy and so cute! I have yet to make an inspiration board collage, but when I scrounge up the cash to do that, these will have to be on it. Maybe glue pins to the back so I can push them into cork board and clip pictures and other good things in it? Love the idea. If I get around to doing it, I will be sure to get a picture!

Four:

It really is fall time now isn't it? It makes me want to drink hot tea, curl up on a cozy couch by a fire with these socks on! They're like slippers and socks. Oh the joys of fall and winter time. The only good part about leaving the summer is the simple pleasures of cold, brisk weather. Also, the awesome part about being in Virginia for fall time is that the leaves actually change color! Back home there are so many pine needles that it really doesn't seem to change seasons. The color change is something everyone has to experience!

Five:
Amen to that. This is hilarious. I encourage you to really look at the face of the little girl. Because it doesn't get much better than that. So if you see that running, wave and say hello because it is most likely me! ;]

What Pinterested you this week? Any of the same things that Pinterested me? Tell me about it!

Love you all,
xo/Austin

Wedding Update.

We officially know where and what day or wedding will be!

When: Friday August 3rd, 2012.

Where?: Pickering Barn in Issaquah, WA.

The Funny little note about the Pickering Barn--that's actually where we went to prom for Matt's junior year. When he went with Mimi. HA!

Also, he took me to the town of Issaquah for dinner the night he proposed.

Also, The Pickering Barn was our very first thought when we were thinking about places, but we didn't want to fork out the dough for it. Turns out God settled everything on the financial side of it and that will be where us love birds get hitched.

Besides that, not a whole lot of planning going on.

We know our color scheme.

Gray.
Pale Yellow.
Peach/Coral.
With a hint of Navy Blue.

It sounds crazy, but don't worry. We have a vision.

Also we are looking for any vintage chandeliers, mason jars, old bird cages, funky empty picture frames I can paint,

I love the rustic vintage look, and Matt loves me, so he loves it too.

If you have any questions or suggestions, let us know!

And if you'd like to help with something feel free to jump in.

&Love,
xo/Austin
